Welcome. Home Loan University supports the University of Minnesota Band Alumni Society. Created by Bryan Sowieja (Trumpet 2000-2003) with the intention of creating smart homebuyers and smart homeowners, Home Loan University is a resource for real estate and home finance needs.

Bryan is committed to to helping UMBAS achieve it’s goal of providing $40,000 in scholarships to band students. Each Scholarship will be $750. Bryan will contribute $375 (half of one scholarship) to the cause for each funded purchase or refinance home loan originating from the band family.
